Refund policy

RETURN POLICY

Our return window is 30 days from delivery. After 30 days, we're unable to offer a refund or exchange.

Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

  • Item must be unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging
  • You'll need a receipt or proof of purchase
  • Please send a photo of the item before shipping it back, so we have a record of its condition

Approved returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee.

Not Eligible for Return

  • Perishable goods (food)
  • Hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases
  • Custom-made, special-order, or made-to-order items
  • Clearance or warehouse deal items
  • Items marked "non-returnable"
  • Gift cards
  • Sale or discounted items
  • Returns requested outside the 30-day window
  • Items missing parts or damaged for reasons not due to our error

Return Shipping

You are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund if applicable. Ship returns to: 342 Southwest Blue Parkway, Lee's Summit, MO 64063. For items valued over $75, we recommend a trackable shipping method or shipping insurance; we can't guarantee receipt of a returned item.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll email you to confirm receipt and let you know whether it's approved. Approved refunds are credited to your original payment method (minus the restocking fee and return shipping). Original shipping costs are not refunded.

If your refund hasn't appeared after a few business days, check with your bank or card issuer first, most processing delays happen on their end. If it's still missing after that, contact us at contact@americanfirebbq.com.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Inspect your delivery as soon as it arrives. If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, email orders@americanfirebbq.com with photos of the damage as soon as possible. We'll cover replacement at no cost to you once verified. We're not able to issue a replacement or refund without photo verification.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they're defective or damaged. To exchange a defective item for the same product, email orders@americanfirebbq.com and ship it to 342 Southwest Blue Parkway, Lee's Summit, MO 64063

Gifts

If an item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you'll receive gift credit for an approved return. If it wasn't marked as a gift, or was shipped to the gift-giver first, any refund goes to the original purchaser.

Customer Conduct

We treat our customers with respect and expect the same in return. Verbal abuse, harassment, threats, or hostile behavior toward our team, by phone, email, or any other channel, will not be tolerated. We reserve the right to cancel and refuse service to anyone engaging in this behavior.
